The background of the corporate social responsibility in the Lotteries and Gaming Board as an organization is aligned to section 53 (2) of the Lotteries and Gaming act chapter 10.26, which outlines that the entity should support socio economic development or initiatives in eight areas i.e. health, education, national museums and monuments, environment, registered civil organizations, sports and recreation, and artistic and cultural activities.
